1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, visiting the site, or using any Juna product, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms we publish for specific features or billing plans.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Juna does
Juna helps you discover roles, tailor application materials, and submit applications through supported third-party hiring systems and employer websites.
Some features rely on external services, browser automation, and employer-side workflows that can change without notice.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a contract and provide accurate account information.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.
4. Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider and renew on the schedule shown at checkout unless you cancel before the next renewal.
Pricing, plan limits, and promotional offers may change over time. Taxes and third-party fees may apply where required.
5. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of the personal information, resume content, and application materials you provide.
You grant Juna permission to process, tailor, and submit that content solely to provide the service, support your account, and improve the product.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service or use it in a way that violates applicable law, employer rules, platform terms, or the rights of others.
- Do not submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
- Do not use the product to send spam, malware, or abusive content.
- Do not bypass rate limits, access controls, or billing boundaries.
7. Third-party services
Juna depends on third-party services such as job boards, ATS platforms, browser infrastructure, and payment processors. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or decisions made by those providers.
When you choose to submit an application, you authorize Juna to interact with the destination system on your behalf using the information you supplied.
8. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee interview outcomes, job offers, application acceptance, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Termination
You may stop using Juna at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk, or used the service fraudulently.
Certain sections of these terms survive termination, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits.
