Security

We take security seriously because the product handles personal profile data, resumes, and application activity.

1. Our approach

Juna is built to handle sensitive job-search data, so we use layered controls around access, authentication, logging, and vendor selection.

We aim to keep the product transparent while still protecting account information and submitted application data.

2. Protection measures

We use reasonable safeguards such as access controls, least-privilege permissions, and secure transport where supported by our infrastructure and vendors.

We also minimize internal access to personal information to only what is necessary for operations and support.

3. Your responsibilities

Security works best when you also use a unique password, protect your inbox, and log out of shared devices.

Please review any application before submission if the employer requires especially sensitive information.

4. Responsible disclosure

If you believe you found a security issue, contact us with enough detail to reproduce the problem so we can investigate responsibly.

Please do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities before we have a chance to review them and respond.

Have a security concern?

Send us the details and we'll investigate as quickly as we can.
