This page explains how cancellations and refund requests work for Juna subscriptions and one-time billing issues.
Paid plans are billed in advance on the schedule shown at checkout. Your plan continues until you cancel it or the subscription ends.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but you keep access for the rest of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
That means you can easily stop the next billing period without needing to wait until the current one ends.
Because Juna incurs real AI usage and third-party API costs as soon as a billing period begins, we generally do not offer refunds for the current period.
If you believe you were charged in error, billed twice, or experienced a technical issue that prevented service, contact us as soon as possible. Those cases are reviewed individually.
We may still make exceptions for duplicate charges, accidental renewals, confirmed billing mistakes, or other issues where the service clearly did not match what you paid for.
Where required by law, we will follow the applicable consumer protection rules.
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider, we may pause service while we review the issue and request supporting information.
If something looks off on your invoice, we can review it and help resolve it quickly.
